The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) was conducted in Desa Kebonagung, Purworejo, Pasuruan City, to strengthen sustainable social capacity, public health, and village governance. Despite the availability of human, social, and institutional resources, their utilization had not been optimally integrated. This program aimed to empower the community through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The methods included asset mapping, participatory mentoring, thematic socialization, and strengthening village institutional capacity. The activities involved adolescent mental health education, stunting prevention, a resilient elderly school program, strengthening religious education, digitalization of boarding house data, visual design training using Canva, village mapping, and social cohesion initiatives. The results indicate increased public health awareness, higher participation in posyandu services, improved village governance, and stronger community social cohesion.
