Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Requirements

Manuscript Format

Submit in .docx or .doc format, following the journal's official template.

Language

English or Indonesian. Abstracts must be provided in both languages.

Originality

Unpublished and not under review elsewhere. Similarity index must be below 20%.

Author Credentials

All authors must have verifiable institutional affiliations. ORCID iDs recommended.

References

Use the journal's citation style. All citations must be verifiable and properly formatted.

Ethics Statement

Declare conflicts of interest, funding sources, and ethical approval for human-subject research.

Pre-Submission Checklist

The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under review at another journal.
The manuscript file is in .docx format and follows the journal's template.
All URLs and DOIs in the reference list are functional and accessible.
The abstract is written in both English and Indonesian (max. 250 words each).
Author information (name, affiliation, ORCID) is complete and accurate.

How to Submit

Create or Log In to Your Account

Register as an Author or log in if you already have an account. Your dashboard will track all your submissions in real time.

Start a New Submission

Click "New Submission" in your Author Dashboard. Select the correct journal section and confirm you agree to the submission guidelines.

Upload Your Manuscript

Upload your manuscript and any supplementary files. Ensure the manuscript is anonymized if your journal uses blind peer review.

Enter Metadata

Fill in the title, abstract, keywords (5–8 terms), and all contributor details including affiliations and ORCID iDs.

Confirm and Submit

Review everything, complete the submission checklist, then click "Submit". An automated confirmation will be sent to your email.

Track Review Progress

Monitor your submission's status from your dashboard. The editor will contact you with decisions, revision requests, or acceptance.

Initial editorial review takes 1–2 weeks. The peer review process typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on reviewer availability. You will be kept updated via email and your author dashboard.
Please refer to the journal's fee schedule under Journal Settings, or contact the editorial office directly for the most current fee information.
Yes. The corresponding author submits on behalf of all co-authors. Add all co-authors in Step 4 of the wizard. All listed authors will be notified upon publication.
You will receive a detailed decision letter with reviewer comments. You may revise and resubmit only if explicitly invited by the editor-in-chief.
